Know this - banks are out to make MONEY, they are not there to help you out of their generosity or kindness. They are there to profit, its a business afterall.

After submitting every document required and having pre-approval, it took us almost a month to get our loan out. By this time, our build sked is already delayed by a good 2-3months. Top this off with every conceivable additional build cost you can imagine, from new transformers to hard rock requiring specialised drills.

Hopefully there are no more delays or surprises and the build can finally get started.
