Taranaki Recce

South Taranaki offers some interesting sections -

ANGLERS AVENUE SECTION (near Cape Egmont Lighthouse) 800 sq. mtr. for 75k NZD - nice view of Mt. Taranaki, smells like fish, beach is meeh, definitely not too appealing except for a couple of cool baches. No water or sewage - phone and power only.

TAI ROAD (stone throw from Sandy Beach) 800 sq. mtr for 68KNZD - awesome beach and seaviews (only meters away), good view of Mt. Taranaki. Covenant is a bummer, wouldnt be able to afford 100 square meter minimum house requirement. No water or sewage - phone and power only.

Surf Highway near Opunake 1000 sq. mtr for 50k - next to highway (noisy!), good views of mountain with some seaview - trail to beach is daunting. No covenants, has phone and power but no wter and sewage.

Recce over - good prospects to consider.
