It started with a decent proposal

A DECENT PROPOSAL - to friends and family in NZ and around the world. If your like us, now thinking about what or where you will be fifteen years down the road. Please read caption on each picture.

We want to wake up in the morning and look outside our window to this view while having a cup of coffee. We want to wake up in the morning and look outside our window to this view while having a cup of coffee.

As the day draws to an end, we want to gaze across the beach as the sun slowly sink in the horizon. As the day draws to an end, we want to gaze across the beach as the sun slowly sink in the horizon.

We want a home along the beach but still has amazing views of the countryside with a majestic mountain as backdrop.

We want a small house with decks and wide windows to enjoy the stunning vistas.

And probably have another small unit in case the kids come knocking for a visit. Where you may ask? Where else but Taradise ----- http://www.mytaranaki.com/

My proposal is this - we are planning to buy a section of property in a rural part of New Zealand (about 15 minutes to town). The lot is approx 1,000 sq mts. of beach front property - with vistas identical to the photos i posted. We are looking for anyone (friends, collegues or family) interested in purchasing half of the section. The 500 sq mtr section would cost 50,000 NZD (roughly 39,000 USD) payment is either cash or installment of say 5-10years. After 10 years, if you decide to op-out then we'd be happy to buy the half section back from you. We intend to have a small house built on our section for our later years, you can do whatever you want with your half. I'm sure legal agreement can be work out guaranteeing each others part of the property. If you are interested PM me, if you think I will just run away with your money then dont bother messaging me -this is a LEGIT proposal.

UPDATE:

Thanks to ALEX for getting on board!
